A brief commentary upon the Schmeepish language

Meep
Brahmanic Aum, Egyptian Ankh, Æther, Chi, Aura, Mana, Holy Spirit and The Force. The primordial essence of life's energies and their raw manifestation in and upon the material planes of existence. The Schmeepish 'Meep' represents this phenomena and its proclamation is akin to a devotional form of worship.
The Meep is affirmed to inhabit all things, living and not-living. The essences of trees, rocks, rivers, animals, stars, wind and the sky are all maintained by the Meep, expressing the pantheistic and shamanistic aspects of belief among the spiritual tendencies of the Schmeepfox.
As well as mere vocalisation, the sacred Meep is incorporated into many traditional songs and dances, some being believed to date back countless generations, handed down to the next via oral memorisation. It is commonly used as a verbal greeting and parting gesture of goodwill, comparable to the Arabic 'Salaam Alaikum', or 'peace be with you'.
A Schmeep tradition recounts that the prefix 'Sch' was added as a humble attestation to show that, while the Schmeepfox recognise, honour and harness the Meep, they themselves are far below it in stature and that to put oneself in league with the divinity of the Meep is an act of cowardly pride and unwarranted self importance.
Aspects of Language
The Schmeepish tongue is unlike any other language studied previously, human or otherwise. The foremost characteristic that demonstrates this is found within the particular emphasis upon naturally occurring phenomena. For example, the suffix '-fwamf', used normally to denote mood or disposition becomes '-fwamfim' during the Winter months of the year and '-fwama' should it be raining or if rain had fell less than one day previously.
The purpose and/or advantage of this idiosyncrasy remains unclear yet wildly speculated. The most popular approach among current theories asserts that these reactionary simulflixes are representative of the Schmeepfox's deep understanding of their natural world, acknowledging qualities found within their day to day living which seem incomprehensible to modern humans, being so far removed from their primitive, hunter-gathering ancestry.
