Hmm due to some policy updates of paypal, I will be actually losing more money on each time's transaction. Which means I may need to move/borrow a new account (again?) to reduce the cost... if things still not improved I may need to price up a little bit to cover the lost on paypal's transaction fee... I'll see what I can do....@w@"
but if you are my client, and/or you are about to sent me money via paypal, please do not be surprised if I told you a new address to sent money to. the old address still works, though~ :3

Costs are costs, and when they go up, they get passed on to the customer. It's just business.
I wasn't referring to Paypal passing their costs on to you, I was talking about your need to pass the increased costs on to commission buyers. Your costs have gone up, and ergo your prices must go up to cover it. You do A-Class art for prices that are criminally low. So if you need an increase, take it. The customer is still making off like a bandit.
