[11/27/2010] Need an artist. Price is no object.

I need an artist for one massive commission and possibly several small ones. The massive commission will be full color and background with possibly over 20 characters, though they will be obscuring each other partially. It will be clean. Several smaller ones may be possible, depending on the pricing, and other factors.
If the artist does traditional sketching/inking but digital coloring, I'd like framed prints/originals of them, and will pay the cost of shipping, the frame, etc. I will be wanting at least two framed copies of the full-color commission if possible. The smaller commissions, if they happen, do not need to be framed.
MONEY WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM for the most part. This will be a very special piece, to me.
Why do I need this?
I will be coming out to my fraternity this week. (Only my parents, and furries, and one student know). I will be getting a photo of us, and some key alumni and close friends, together in our Chapter Room. I will then privately ask them each a simple question: "If you were any animal, what would you be and why?" Then I will pour drinks to for all in attendance, and after some other cheers and toasts, I will come out.
I will also take individual photos of each Brother, and give them to the artist along with the group photo, and detailed notes on their answers. I may also add in other odd requests for clothing they are or are not wearing. I will be fairly picky with this, but then again, this will be VERY important to me.
Spread this journal around, please. Artists who might be interested in a large wad of cash, please Note me. Whomever I pick in the end, I will speak with you via notes or via e-mail at your preference. Or phone calls. Whatever you need. Do not read anything into this if I happen to know you and do not pick you.
There is no hard deadline for when the commission(s) need be completed by. We can figure that out later. I just want to get this moving ASAP.
Addendum: If two artists like to collaborate, I would be willing to pay both, one for the sketching/inking, the other for the coloring process. I'm not picky.
