[09/28/14] Day 2, Bootcamp + Food Diary
General
Going to be using my FA Journals as a log of what I've been doing with my work's free 6-week Boot Camp (CEO's personal trainer is teaching the class). Kind of missed my first day (ate right and stuff, but didn't document it) and rather than backtrack and try to remember when and what I ate, I'll continue from now on.
For reference, I am 25, 6'3" with a body fat percentage of just under 26%, weighing in at 239 lbs.
Day 2
Exercises performed:
Light stretching, sit ups, push-ups. Tomorrow, going to restart my 5BX thing I used to do.
12:00 - Ate a light sandwich of thin provolone (40 calories, 9g of fat per slice, 2 slices), a few thin pieces of ham, mustard. The bread was replaced by romaine lettuce. Glass of water.
4:00 - Ate 2 egg whites and an apple. Glass of water.
8:00 - Grilled some lean pork, added mustard and seasonings. Ate a fresh orange.

Spend at least 5-10 mins. doing so. (lost 100lbs to prove this)
