[09/29/14] Day 3, First day of PT Bootcamp

Woke up a bit late, but it's a Monday and I currently don't work Mondays.
Did some stretches to start my day, drank some water, did push-ups and sit-ups and in-place jogging plus lunges.
Ate egg whites for breakfast (not sure how much), but probably not enough. Giving it 20 minutes to see if I remain hungry or it goes away.
Going to take a shower now after I finish writing this.
Later today, the first day of the Bootcamp type thing my work is offering to employees starts officially. 6 PM, gonna get my ass kicked. Need to remember to bring water and a towel.
After the shower, gonna do some errands, check out the market for something on the list of approved foods that I can stomach (need to force myself to be less picky. Also need healthy grab-me snacks and quick meal fixes so I can keep up with the "eat every 2-3 hours, 6 times a day). I'll get real sick of apples and bananas and oranges if that's my only options. Don't like nuts... Usually. Maybe that'll change? Gotta avoid carbs except after workouts.
Edit 1: For lunch, around 1, I had some nautral, unsalted, whole-shelled almonds (blech, gross. Never again), and a part-skim mozzarella cheese stick. And some tea. Forgot what kind.
Edit 2: For mid-afternoon, I had a breadless sandwich of low-salt, lean turkey and one slice of chedder, mustard, and a romain lettuce wrap. Going to my workout soon.
Edit 3: Got back from my workout. I am ravenous, and my ass has been officially kicked. Going to have some pasta with grilled pork, light olive oil, salt, pepper, maybe some other seasonings. Maybe an apple. Holy mother of dog, I am sore already. Tomorrow is going to SUCK.
