Art block is based on psyche. Its basically all on you. I suggest taking a nap, or focusing on something else for awhile. When you think you feel confident enough, then go and draw something.

To get over a block, do anything else other than art. Thats it, plain and simple. After a while, you should be fine.

Sometimes i doodle any kind of crap until something less crap appears.
If not, i try to inspire listening to music. And if it fails, I try to listen music that I do not like. Nice stuff sometimes appear from there.

Some of the best pieces on my gallery (that aren't so good, saying the truth lol) appeared while listening music.

Listen to the same genre of music for a few hours, go to sleep, get some hot tea when you wake up, and think of your favorite pose... I did that once and it turned out freaking awesome. lol

I should totally try this! I don't tend to think about poses very often so it also sounds like a good exercise! :D

Be spontaneous~ Break out the finger paints, stick your hand in 'em and smear it all over the paper~~~ Release a box of crayons all over a coloring book! Summon a platoon of chalk and decorate the sidewalks~ Write a story/poem/joke~ Bake and/or eat some cookies. 8D Imagine the shapes of clouds! Play a video game. 8U Have tons of FUN!!! > w <

Or you could get a chisel and hammer and turn the art block into a beautiful statue~ Ha ha! > u <
