Kind of a geeky question. But I'm curious.
If you were sent to the future where food isn't often hand-prepared, what would you prefer, and why?
A) Food prepared mostly classically, but by machines designed to do so
or
B) Food replicated by precise molecular structure, created from matter-transfer by command?
Basically, in Star Trek terms, food processors like in TOS, or food replicators like TNG onward?

I would probably be trying, from time to time, to find the few areas in the galaxy where food still was hand-prepared... Food that resembled classic dishes would be comforting, for a person of the present in such an unfamiliar time-period...
It's late... Orange soda... Sleep.
