I know majority of the artists here have like a contract that you should digitally sign or some sort of ToS that you should put your initials under stating that you agree to the terms. Whether it's a freebie, commission, trade, or whatever... It's still business, right?

From what I gathered in the comments of that image that SHOULD BE REPORTED AND DELETED BECAUSE IT DOES NOT MEET THE AUP STANDARDS; is that he hasn't paid the artist or sent that code to Spazzy. It doesn't matter whether or not the artist accepts various forms of currency or an object in return for her services, if she expects payment first he should have either paid her or discussed this with her rather than pulling out the Jerk of spades card.

His comment "This card can't be refunded" yes it can, he put a value to the card in the very image he used against Spazzy. If spazzy used the card and for some reason dropped the commission she could refund him the value of the card. DERP!

If I were spazzy I'd avoid any future business with this user.

I don't know the full situation so apologies if I come across as rude, but I don't think yelling at the guy will make anything better. SK has always seemed like a real nice person to me, and I hope at some point I can get some art, but I think that all these wars over her are only gonna make things worse.

Difference between the artist and the commissioner.
The Artist makes the rules and the Commissioner has to follow them, but not the other way around, since obviously the artist will have quite alot more commissioners, but the other party will have to FIND a new artist to commission, and fulfill the criteria of the rules set by that one)

It's just business. I find this all just a waste of fingertip sensibility :P

Spazzy made and apology, that should have been enough really, she is working on them. She got mine done. I don't see the big deal as long as she returns your emails as you request an update, and gets them done, or you get a refund. Granted I had to wait a while, but they all look good, and it was well worth the wait.
