>Where did the name of your Fursona come from?

okay...looong story! when Blizzard's RTS game Starcraft came out, i pieced together a screen name for b.net, Onyx Dragon, i've used it for years now... this naturally transferred to the fandom when i joined it, even though my 'sona is not a dragon, thusly i simply drop the end and viola, onyx... thats the short version of a long story, lol.

What species is your fursona and why did you choose that species?

Lion, i've always loved lions, felines in general, originally onyx was going to be a really punky housecat, but i ended up making that into a plush instead, and thusly i stuck with lion.

What color is your fursona and why? Hair/fur/eyes/etc
Hair: varies, but onyx's fav is black w/ blond tips or vice/verse
Fur: dark reddish/brown
Eyes: blue
Etc: tailtip is dyed a rainbow cascade.

Why: dark lions, ala Scar, i like thier colorings better...i am blonde (albeit not like bright blond) and i like black hair, i once had my own hair dyed that way and i thought it was hot. as for the tail, well, do i have to explain that ;)

What is your fursona's personality and how does this compare to your irl personality?

onyx is effeminate, submissive, devoted to his loved ones. he'd place his life in thier hands on a whim. At the same time he is quite jaded, and would throw down his life if his loved ones were threatened. His past affected his development a bit, and as such some of the abuse he dealt with growing up made him the submissive pet he tends to be. like me, to a freakin T.

What is one item your fursona owns that is significant to you in real life?

honestly, my fursona is the significant thing in my life, my or at least, my mind... he is me, plain and simple...

What is one thing you think you would say to your fursona if you could meet?

(honestly, probably not much, i tend to not say a whole lot... we'd just nod and cuddle, probably eventually make out and do sensual, sexual things to one another)

originally he had a shit-ton of piercings and scars, and originally he didn't have the rainbow tail.

I was still in high school...sophomore or junior year... so i've had this character as my primary since 2000, maybe 2001...

Would you like to be more like your fursona?

more dainty, more girly, and have a cute tail to wrap around my lovers? hell yeah! if i was more lithe, i could do better sexually, plus my fursona is a bit more...able to handle big boys than i am...
