Need room to rent near Kirkland/Redmond/Bellevue -$500

Grunge and I are full time college students, Neither of us Smoke.
We need a housing situation as close as possible to both Bellevue Community College and Lake Washington Institute of Technology.
I'm almost done with my Associates in Welding Fab, and I'm going for a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
Grunge is studying Veterinary Medicine and looking for a part time job.
I get paid on the GI bill we will always be able to pay rent. looking for rent under or around $500 a month.
We currently live in Monroe and commuting is getting to expensive. We can move ASAP.
