honestly, i take into account a lot of different things when commissioning people.
personality is a BIG one. you gotta be communicable and not an asshole to me. i treat the people i commission, i hope, with the utmost respect.
im patient, i try and communicate what i can and i think people can say im generally easy to take commissions from.
