This could be a hoax since when asked about the footage EA said "We have no news on the Dead Space franchise at this time." But take it as you will, I'll be taking it with a grain of salt since I don't wanna get my hopes up just yet. Still, it's promising to see that yes, in the video there were new necromorphs being shown and they had the banner which read Dead Space 3.

The new necro pics though were quite interesting, seemed more...earthly of clothing than space station.
I can easily see Mary Mary Quite Contrary being the nursery rhyme if Ellie and Isaac end up back on earth.
