Forget piracy, as far as I can tell that's the real issue the United States is facing.
While I still have my first amendment rights on the internet I would like to say fuck congress.

I don't have money to bribe but if I ever become a billionaire I'd like to lobby the government then totally blue ball the fuckers, I'd be like you ain't getting shit from me man I'm going to go build my own country on the fucking moon. I'll pay all the bums in Titusville, FL to do it, all the ones laid off from NASA. I'll get Eddy Murphy to come and be vice president Pluto Fucking Nash, and the capital will be built like a giant ass just so the government could look up in the sky every full moon and see my giant ass beaming down on them!
