It's a setup. The hacker is the "friend or brother" KexAndy was referring to.

Ever hear of a parasitic twin? It's subconsciously commanding Andy to sabotage his own account as revenge for not finding a suitable host body fast enough. It also explains why Kex has never formed a grammatically correct sentence; his mind is being overloaded by two identities and his language sector has taken a hit. Of course, Kex is none the wiser.

Well, once KexAndy's parasitic twin/hacker mastermind brother manages to rest and recuperate, he'll come back and continue to torment him. Really, this is the only way his twin can communicate with the outside world.

Eventually, KexAndy reaches an inner conflict in the depths of his psyche. His evil parasite twin's consciousness manifests itself as a deformed, grungy Vector.

KexAndy quickly mentally creates the gear of a true warrior: twin gilded keyblades, a diamond naruto headband, and a Thomas the Tank Engine backpack. The twin warns him that if he kills him, he's done too. But KexAndy realizes at this last moment, what it means to be a true warrior.

It's not himself.

It's not Vector.

It's not getting complete strangers to read your inflation fanfiction.

It's about JUSTICE.

With a (somewhat-underplayed) scream, Kex leaps at his twin and strikes him with both keyblades. He dissolves, and slowly, the rest of his mind begins to fade.

He soon expires, muttering one last thing before he passes on. "No one want to be friend or brother with KexAndy...

...but that's damn fine with me."

(Sheds a single, manly tear)

Sadly, the only memory of this valiant effort is a neglected tombstone reading "Kex Andy, 1983-2011. Friend to everyone, Brother of none", and a crocodile named "Kex" at the nearby zoo.

(Kex the Crocodile later died by, coincidentally, choking on a popped balloon. Those damn kids won't mind the signs.)

Don't insult KexAndy's eventual mental conquest. It's disrespectful.
