Heterophobia...and other things

Information about myself as of late and some drama rambling:
Okay, here's what's been going on with me lately.
I've had a lot of stress working on the diploma-project lately. The animation I had to do for it swallowed a lot of time and I'm still supposed to work on a few frames to make it longer until monday >_>
Designs and all for it have been finished mostly, it's just the material of the other people missing that I need to set in that's the problem. This monday is big presentation evening for us and I sure as hell hope that shit goes over well >_> we might be cutting a making of video for all of the show, which in turn I might be allowed to update on youTube, but we'll see about that...
Last week the coolant fan on my video-card finally kicked the bucket, so I had to wit until tuesday to get it fixed and that kinda fucked up the entire animation time table, but it did get in somehow. It's partially the reason why I have to work on it still though.
Anyway, that's been swallowing a lot of my time, coupled with all the semester tests falling into this area of the year. However, I feel lucky knowing that once the presentation is done with, I'm practically free of it compared to all the others (whos' projects have to be finished due may and half of which haven't even started work yet >_>). So yeah, still stressed but slightly relieved.
I have been oCing sporadically with Ambber, but we still haven't gotten to produce that damn Best of we should be making at some point o.O ah well
Of course, you noticed I have been taking some time for works of my own too and to finish some of the commissions/trades/gifts that I have to/wanted to do. Art will hopefully pick back up again as time progresses until I have to leave for service in June, but that's still a whle to go, so you still got me around full time for about 4 months until Matura season >.<
NOW...you furries and your drama. I'm not exactly the type of person to participate in these kind of discussions, many of you more frequent watchers know this, but somewhere I find the pride of war between pro-homo to pro-hetero discussions unfathomably ridiculous
I do not know of the truth, so correct me if I'm wrong, but I was told there was again drama about this months banner...why... ... ...seriously, why you retarded idiots. Why can't you just take the banner as it? It's Fender kissin a girl (bloodhound), so?
As I said, I don't know of the truth, but what I further heard was that someone declared Fender should be gay... ... ...are you fucking out of your mind?!? If anything Fender would be bisexual to reflect the various grotesqueries of our furry/human nature, as the architect would surely state, but making him gay or hetero is just insulting if you ask me, just like these gus who said J.K. Rowling should have gone on mor ein depth about the idea that Dumbledore was gay...maybe?
I mean hell, I have no problem with homosexuality, some of my best friends are homosexual or bi, and I accept that because it is their choice or state and I wont mess with it. What I WILL complain about though is those of the homosexual side that get just as retarded as certain heterosexual radicals will get about commenting on this bullshit, it doesn't make YOU any better than them, the state of which can only be described as the counter part to homophobia...heterophobia. So stop it, it doesn't do anybody any good!
About the banner! Just cuz Fender's kissing a girl in this case doesn't mean he couldn't kiss a guy too, it doesn't say shit about his sexuality and the kiss ain't sensual int he least if you ask me, not even remotely dirty or hinting, so what exactly IS THE PROBLEM?!?!?
Anyway, just had to get shit off my heart and offer you guys an explaination as to why I've been gone from the screen for so long p_q promise art will pick up again as soon as stress has cooled off!

As for the banner, I've seriously stopped caring about these silly furries and their drama long ago, trust me that's the best stress free course to go man. Besides those of us who live in the real world have better things that occupy our time, as your rather busy state has demonstrated.
Like you I have no problems with homosexuals, bisexuals, or anyone in between, but if people can't take at art piece at it's more creative value and only want to see what they desire then they need to get a fucking reality check.

I am continually amazed and more than slightly saddened that this old post becomes more and more relevant as time passes.
Also, Fender doesn't need a sexuality, and we need to stop putting him in ambiguously romantic and/or sexual situations. He's a mascot. He doesn't need a love life.
If anything, he should be bisexual with three dicks, a latex diaper bondage fetish and be both fifty feet and five inches tall at the same time with eight wings and twelve tails, because this site is so full of so many different sexualities and fetishes, you wouldn't be representing all of them if you just made him gay or straight. So true... People care WAY too much about whether someone's gay, straight, bi, bent, sideways, up, down, whatever. It's quite frustrating to have to hear people who seem to think they need to make a point about every damned instance of sexuality, and how it's clearly wrong that it's how it is, and it should be some other way. Reminds me of Sam Jackson's character in Die Hard 2, where he goes on about how 'the white man is the problem' and all that. Racism IS NOT just a one-way street, and sexual discrimination is the same way.

Yeah, the heterphoia can be a bit annoying sometimes as the opposite (nothing like being at a furry gathering and folks not knowing you're not playing on the same team). The comments that are said would make the hardest radical blush.
