Fiwi here!
A few months ago I came to
bookmark93 offering to take over the community as he did not seem to have a lot of time to maintain this FA community. Today he had given me permission to start managing the site. I feel very honored to be given this opportunity, and to be trusted by bookmark93. I hope that I do not let him down, or all of you.
So who is Fiwi? I am a 28 year old trans-woman. I am on hormones, and consider myself a transsexual. I have always been supportive of trans relating furries in my local communities.I have always been willing to discuss, and wanting to help others. The future for Transfurs:
I definitely do not want to up root this community and change it into something it shouldn't be. In fact my vision is very focused on the members of this community. That means you. I want to bring more activity to this group with discussions, important subjects, tasteful artwork, and support!
What do YOU have to say? Do you have any ideas or thoughts on something you would like to see in the future for this page? Perhaps more news related to trans communities? Featured trans related artist? Just a few ideas. I am sure you all will have some more, so go a head and post them.

as a soon to be 60 yo MTF Trans woman intending to "do it all" and as a nurse I tend to focus on the practical.
How to change a name.
How to talk to a doctor who may not be familiar with the HRT protocols.
How to deal with some of the changes HRT brings that no one tells us about.
Some of the emotional things I do not deal with so well, and I am always welcoming guidance there.
Many of us write or do art as we struggle with the same issues every one struggles with along with transition.
BTW I just changed my name Now I need to get all my accounts and ID in the new name.
