I was wondering the same. It truly should be across for the entire agency, however it may have to do with the difference in state laws as well. Then again t hat doesn't stop major corporations like Best Buy or Target for implementing a anti-discrimination policy for all their stores. So I feel that's a poor excuse if that is what it is. I'm curious if anyone else has any thoughts on it as well.
I am sorry to hear that. Best Buy was actually very supportive in helping me with my transition and coming out process. A lot of it can depend on the hiring management too. Sadly, there will be no way to eliminate it completely, but some policies are better than none.
What. Why only that particular facility?
