buckhopper's FBAThe Ft. Meade Gazette reports that The Dakota Bikers announced today that their General Manager Girb Schmidt has been released. Details of the separation or any news of a replacement were not available at press time.
Still no word from FBA commissioner Sterne Davids on the penalty for Julio Onca's actions in last night's game between the Albany Alphas and Tennessee Typhoons. Last night during a 4th Quarter timeout,
Onca clawed teammate Lance Wildfyre and was ejected from the game. Wildfyre received many stitches and is expected to miss 10 games.
This is Onca's 3rd time clawing another player. The first time was to Buck Hopper of the Stanislaus Thrust in 2007. The second time was to John Stoat, then of the Spokane Rapids, in 2010.
