Foodness!

There is one thing that seems to stick out at me, in all the cookbooks and recipe blogs and everything out there that's available for you to cook with, they give you the ingredients, supposedly what it is meant to look like upon finish, and a very basic method.
Put in oven. Cook on blah temperature until done. And rarely, if ever, do you get a recipe that includes a complete -meal- in the making of. You want to make honey chicken, great, but what do you serve -with- said chicken? Or lamb, or fish, or you want to make a side dish, what does it taste best with?
And under this aim, and frustration, I have started a food blog. Something that will do the whole process, from the simple, early preparations -- including serving size when I remember! -- and pictures of the whole process when things get a little tricky. It's not just a case of do blah for blah, time it at such and such a temperature for such and such a time. Newp, this includes how to tell if something -is- cooked, what to look for to tell if you've mixed something enough, and how to fix it if it is not quite there yet.

There are also mistakes, when I make them, or mentionings of what to look out for so -you- don't make the same error. I hope to keep it entertaining, and fun. And pleasant enough that it's as much fun to read, as well as eat the food that I helped you make for enjoyement :)
Think of the possibilities!
