Does anyone go to one?
Can anyone recommend one that's legit?

I hate to be so harsh, but that's the truth of the matter. There's no online art school that will give you a degree that will actually be useful in anything. People look at online school degrees and chuckle under their breath.
To be honest, art school as a whole is pretty hit-or-miss. There are tons of other ways to learn how to draw that are way cheaper. Find out what you want to do in art *before* you go to art school, and do a lot of research and talk to a lot of people in the profession, to figure out how to get there. For example, if you want to make games, don't major in game design. Major in art design. It's a bit misleading, but if you talk to people in the industry you'll get a much better idea on how to do it.
MY rule of thumb is, if it needs to advertise, it probably isn't worth your time.
