I am going to be at FWA this year.
Very sudden, I know, and it was only decided upon like... ten minutes ago, I think.
But yeah, I'm gonna be there and shit, and... yeah. Very exciting. I haven't been to a convention more than five hours away from me since like... Since the last time AC was in Philadelphia lol. No joke.
So we'll see how that goes. :P
Speaking of which, anyone want to give me some pointers about Atlanta? I know I can look up the weather forecast once that weekend is closer, for example, but what should I expect as far as actual weather (is like up here, where it seriously changes every few minutes? Stable? Can I trust the forecast to a reasonable degree?), or windiness or humidity, etc? Anything I should be careful about if I decide to wander around near the convention center (a habit of mine), since I am an idiot? Anything in walking distance I should be sure to check out? These sorts of things. :P
I will now go back to waiting on laundry and looking for my sketchbook, as well as fretting over OH FUCK I HAVE NO PORTFOLIO FUCK FUCK FUCK because there is an ARTIST ALLEY and it's NOT RAFFLED and I have NO PROBLEM waiting a few hours to make sure I get on the list, so... yeah.
But I also haven't done cons in a few years? So like... I have.. nothing. to. show. I have old ass prints? But that misleading, you know. All my recent shit is generally digital and generally Pete White.
Likely I will only offer sketches anyway, see how that goes. Maybe I'll get some food money. D:
