Please send a trouble ticket in to dragoneer and the others. I've already submitted one for stolen art, as did magicalzombie and two other artists this person has stolen from.

Oh, haha, you don't, but you can note dragoneer about it as well as a trouble ticket, just because this is a SERIOUS issue. Someone is trying to impersonate you and take YOUR MONEY.

It's a loser move, and they know it, that's why their account is completely cleared off.

One more thing! If you have paypal, you can sue that account for theft of intelectual property or something. You can present the proof, and then they should be able to shut down his/her account, which would be much better than just having their FA account shut down (They can easily make a new one)

Provide proof that the person has taken transactions that were rightfully yours, and then call paypal / support there and talk to them about it. If nothing's done, just contact a lawyer if it's enough money. xD

as far as i know no one payed the person, they caught on and realized it wasn't me. I could still report them to PayPal saying that they are attempting to get people money.

That, too. That can get them to freeze the account at least. Just not sue. xD
