Oh god. Bank of America pulled shit like that on me. They said a month after I opened my account that my account didn't exist/wasn't authorized when opened/other bullshit, and they were going to close it.
We called Bank of America, flipped out on them, and managed to get the head manager of customer service on the phone. Next thing I know, they're sending me fishy money saying, "Congrats on opening your account!"

Good luck dealing with them, and I hope you get your money back.

I generally never have had a problem with bank of america, like ever. Everytime I did, I would start crying and get really frustrated to the point that they would give me my money back no problem, since it was their fault anyway.

Sadly, I went through the policy with this really nice woman and unfortunately I can't get my money back. I need to talk to the other person linked to the account and get my money back that way, which they had no problem doing. They forgot about it because their primary bank is someone different. -.-

That happened with my first GF and I back when I went in the hospital for the first time. All the bills put me -300 in the whole, and cause it was a joint account, Sovereign took the cash from her. She wasn't happy.
