Major Apology and Sprint (IMPORTANT)

Yes, I'm still apologizing for not being very active here. I've had a LOT of things I've been dealing with personally, to the point that it's scary. I don't talk much on here anymore because I've had to focus on work, commissions (where possible) and I've only talked to a few friends in the last few days. Not to mention my phone is not working out as well as I thought, but that's not the phone's fault.
The phone issues are directly related to Sprint. They STILL have not contacted me about the Optimus Elite they were supposed to accept back. I've gotten my monthly bill yesterday, and...I'm now livid. They're expecting me to pay for three activation fees (Optimus Elite, Phone Connect, and Galaxy S3) and they all total over $100 alone. It's $36 per line that is activated. They're also charging me again for the Elite, despite having already paid for it, and despite all efforts to return the damn thing, they've still not listened to my request.
I'll even break down the bill for you.

Anything in bold is disputed heavily. Even some of the things not in bold are not very thrilling. I'm going to the Sprint store today to get it straightened around. If things still aren't resolved today, I'm cancelling all services. Hell, even the ETFs wouldn't be as costly as paying this.
So, this is what I've been dealing with for the last week. I hope you all can see why I'm so thoroughly pissed. Even with my 18% discount, I'm being charged that much. That's unacceptable, and inexcusable. I'm not happy at all...and this will be resolved.
So, yeah...sorry for not talking, guys...I hope that clears the air as to why I've been unable to respond much. I love you guys...but until I get this straightened out, I can't even do much at home. Oh, if Sprint tries to say they can't accept the S3 when I cancel, because it's been rooted, I'll tell them that they've accepted phones for repair that were rooted without issue, so if they're going to do that to me, then they'll lose a lot of customers because of everything.
All of this just to upgrade a phone...it would've been cheaper to terminate my Sprint contract, save up for a phone, buy it outright, and pay $40 a month for a chip that gives me unlimited everything (including minutes).

I got that resolved! I just had to pay $200, but I wish I didn't have to pay so much, heh.

I'm glad it's resolved. It's too much money, but whaddya' do?
Let's just say, that little kiosk in the mall actually had five lines open on my account, but never turned off the lines when I got the phones deactivated. Hence the huge charge.
Wow...Send them the bill!
I would, but I think Sprint is going to pull their license anyway :3
Maybe you could file a small-claims action against the kiosk owner.
