Commission info updated #3 (Please Read)

Ok I just got a frustrating email from paypal and I am being penalized because they believe I am not holding up my end of a bargin when doing commissions. This is likely to be caused by people choosing to send the payment as "payment owed" instead of sending it as a "gift". Now I can't use money I make tell 21 days after payment it sent to me.
1. I will not draw porn, scat, anything like that, I am a clean artist, if you are unsure about what your asking is ok, just note me
2. I don't draw comics, sorry
3. If your commissioning something for a friend or with a friend's OC in it, get there permission first
4. No Refunds, you want this, please stay committed
5. I'll start when you pay
6. I don't do Sketchs, I perfer my art being finished up to line art
7. I am a social gamer, work on my youtube account, and live on a farm with 20+ animals, don't expect it done within a hour or day
8. If you want more then 3 characters, amount per character doubles, Max characters allowed are 5
9. Once you give me the info for the commission, you are not allowed to change or add details left out of it after I start
10. You make commission 2 pictures at a time, but you can decided which picture

flat color- $3 dollars ($1.50 per character, $1 per one of my OCs)

Once you tell me what you want and provide refs I'll note you my paypal account and when you send the money I will begin shortly. Remember I do need refs and details and remember first some first serve, everyone else goes on the wait list where they may cancel at anytime, but remember no refunds so once you pay there is no going back.
