1. What did you do in 2012 that you'd never done before?
Teaching comes to mind.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Yes I always do.
3. How will you be spending New Year's Eve?
It all depends on the weather hope it all goes through.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No thankfully had a close call though.
5. What countries did you visit?
I stayed on the island.
6. What would you like to have in 2013 that you lacked in 2012?
I think I am happy with what I have. I would not mind not having my spare tire.
7. What date from 2012 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
September 17th I got an email that really helped me fell better on an otherwise shitty day.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I taught my first class.
9. What was your biggest failure?
The gingerbread house.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I would love to know the answer to that question myself.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Not sure.
12. Where did most of your money go?
Rent, student loans, bills.
13. What song will always remind you of 2012 ?
Summertime. It was in my spin rotation playlists the most.
14. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Snuggled.
15. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Sleep
16. What was your favorite TV program?
Once upon a time.
17. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
No hate and anger are a waste on time.
18. What was the best book you read?
Really hard to say. Artemis Fowl 8 it was the end of the series plus the author liked my review.
19. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Not sure
20. What was your favorite film of this year?
Ironsky thanks Waggable for showing it to me. Other then that I watched a lot of movies this year.
21. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
22. Dinner with the family as per usual.
22. What kept you sane?
I love my insanity.

Really can't think of anyone.
24. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2011:
You can't fight the irrational. Anything that brings you happiness is worth pursuing.

Don't assume that doctors know what they are talking about and tell them what you need done vs asking them what they think should be done. Doctors aren't as godlike as you (or they) think.
