Why do Hermaph Artists AMBUSH?(Another Rant)
You know, I am kinda curious about myself, usually if someone likes something I do not, I yawn and move on. But Curiously (even to me) i take an exception to these damned DICK girls hermaphs.
Now to me, it would not be bad if the thumb nail LOOKED like a hermaph, in fact many artists go to a LOT of trouble to draw proper bone and muscle structure. How a tail would emerge from the base of the base of the spine, How a "Fur's" head would move if walking up right, even the different between Digigrade and plantigrade.
But these dick girl artists, seem to really ENJOY (and I personally find it offensive) drawing a character that looks 99% female...reducing it to a thumbnail side (so you click on it) and when you finally say THERE is an awesome pose, nice work, and click on it. WHAM, there is a DICK stuck on a woman's body.
To me it feels just like trying to trick someone to look in a room, and bam there is something in there you personally do not like
It is not the fact that they DRAW a hermaph, it's that it is done in a provocative way that seems almost to HIDE the fact there is male anatomy...JUST to get you to look.
I have only see ONE artist that did a very tasteful..explicit hermaph (An artist named Jummel) man it was so AWESOME, the boy was masculine but with feminine hints. It really looked gender neutral and had BOTH sexes (even petite breasts).
I am not saying people should not post Hermaph stuff...but man...don't try to get ME to look. :)

On a side note I despise this latest trend of NOT having hermaphrodite characters but rather shemales. it seems like a small thing but I am grumpy about it. I like precision. A lot of folk use herm and shemale interchangeably. But that is not so. Herms should have a vagina in addition to a penis and balls. It's really muddying the waters. Not to mention really annoying me because I like herms... kinda. I mean they're ok. I just tend to prefer single gender with single features. But I can get into herms way the hell easier than shemales.
Perhaps if you have issues with it you could send the artists in question a suggestion that they use thumbnails for their art? Most of the major artists I follow use thumbnails that generically list "m/f" to give people a better idea what's going on.
