Demnted Dog (a HAPPY post for a change)

I just HAVE to relate this:
My sister has a very LARGE German Shepard bitch, named Sheeva (after the Hindu God of Destruction) She is well named as she does not seem to have any concept that she has feet and a body (2 year old Shepard rescued from a "Kill" Shelter
Last night about 2 AM Sheeva sits up ears up and begins to FREAK.... My sister, living in Detroit, is worried..is someone out there?
Sheeva paces, whines whimpers.... Sister opens up her pet gate so Sheeva can get into the house..Sheeva charges out, searching EVERYWHERE....
Then it Hits my sister. Sheeva has a cheap little 2 dollar "stuffy" duck that is her companion.... Sheeva is having a PANIC attack, she can't FIND her DUCK!
Sure enough Sister looks outside, Sheeva snuk Ducky out and it lays in the center of teh driveway at 2 am in 20 degree weather. So out she has to go...bring in Ducky. Sheva BOUNDS over, grabs "Ducky" takes ducky to her blanket and places ducky right between her forelegs, and snuggles up and goes to sleep....
All is well..Sheva has Ducky

There it is ..... that's funny. Does your sister keep the dog outside all the time .... it's cold as shit in Detroit. GSD's are wonderful dogs, we had a couple of them when myself and my brother were growing up, they are very loyal and very protective of their pack, sure would like to see a picture of her, they are such beautiful animals. SB.

Hehe, that is absolutely hilarious. Some dogs are just wild. I had the opposite of that. Annie, a mostly-pitbull, was ust cool and relaxed. She didn't even move when we burned a tick off of her leg.
