Blizzard prep

So, lucky me I'm in the part of mass scheduled to get between 18 and 36 inches of snow (depending on which weather channel you believe) so I figured yesterday would be a good day to stock up on storm supplies. On my shopping list 2 cases of beer, why? Cause I live in New England and am smart enough to have 2 weeks canned food (and a nonelectric can opener) batteries, a gas stove, small generator, lots of frozen meat (everything from fish to venison), 20 gallons of gas, shovels, rolls of plastic, 5 gallons of desil, plenty of books to read, a gas grill, a tail gating grill, and lots of propane for both.
I mean really, if you live in an area where you know shit hits the fan often why not live prepared for it so you don't run around with the idiots grabbing up last minute supplies?
More people need to learn the 7P's
Proper prior planning prevents piss poor performance.

Yeah, if I'm lucky I'll only have to work 8 hours before I can go home and start shoveling.

Yeah, about 2 or more feet fell, finally got internet and power back. Spent the last 48 hours shoveling and finally found my car again.
