I couldn't agree more that the internet is overwhelmingly negative with many people dedicating their time and energy to criticize and find anything about you they can make fun of and turn around on you to get a emotional response from you. Makes you want to be more cold and apathetic like them so your never hurt like that again. In truth, that is just becoming like them and would them happy.
We forget that there actually does exist caring folks out there to help and support you and I think the above comments are beautiful example of showing that the internet, while dark and depressingly inhumane at times, also has amazing wonderful people to meet and befriend.
