My biggest problem is that the green marines don't understand basics. Telling them to "phase through" is as effective as banging your head against the wall. They also tend to "hang out at base" instead of going anywhere useful. Using the names of locations on the map rarely helps, even if you tell them repeatedly to hold down C so that they can see where you're talking about. They rarely follow waypoints, and when they do, they tend to get lost despite the light blue chevron marker on the ground.

I don't mind one or two green people. NS1 slowly died because of the complexity of the game created a bar that was too high to cross for most newbs interested in learning about the game, and because the alien side lacked a commander to guide the team, but jeezus christ trying to play on a team of 8 with 5 green people is just a receipt for frustration.
