While it's still undergoing maintenance, https://fifteen.ai/ is a text to speech program that has many of the pony's voices available. Though of course I'd imagine you'd want something a bit smoother.

I tried to look around for those not only who do MLP stuff. Also: HOLY CRAP THAT WAS HARDER THAN I EXPECTED!

I had to do way more looking around then I expected, looked through animations for voice actress, if they're active still and so on.

I've found looking through animations with voice acting credits/sound credits are a decent way to find the of VA's on this list I made. I could probably find more if need be. Hope this help ya some dude!
