You don't need to make an account unless you want to contribute to tags. Mail is just to help keep a bit of control over number of incoming users.

seems hotmails bein a problem on my end, since i still havent gotten a message back, so i resent usin my gmail. woulda done that from the start but i reeeally hate usin gmail lol
