I appear to have, in the last two weeks, lost ten pounds. Virtually the only thing I've been doing for the past two weeks is practicing with nunchaku and eating home-made pizza.
Apparently I've just invented the Michelangelo Diet.

It will sell millions of copies
That made me laugh. Thank you. :D
Lately, I've just been being way too enthusiastic about physical activity. Not too hard, when I live four flights of stairs up from the top of a hill.
I LOL'D. Really hard. I'm getting on this diet like.. Now.
well congrats ^_^
Now...why did my mom have to buy Halloween candy three weeks before Halloween!? WHY!?!?!? *munches a Reese's*
Makes sense tho. To a certain extent, it doesn't matter what you eat if you exercise. :P And home made pizza is more likely to have healthy stuff on it and less unnecessary grease.
It will soon surpass the landmine diet* in popularity, and then the world will be yours to do with as you please.
*lose 30 pounds in one second
I've lost about ten kilos since i've started work, which is something i'm pretty happy with!
For example, being in the Army, I've never made the table weight I'm supposed to (being an even 6' in height, I need to weigh 195 lbs). Right now, I'm about 210, but since I exercise almost daily, walk everywhere, eat decently, and keep a good sleep schedule, I am in shape. Trying to lose weight and bring that 210 down only results in it coming back because that is the standard weight my body NEEDS to operate at to keep me healthy.
As it is, hey, whatever works, Nori. There would be people gullible enough to snap this Mieky Diet up and see if it works. But really, it's just you being you and your body doing its natural thing. <cues "The More You Know" music>
