Hello fellow planeswalkers, I have the pleasure of announcing that our group is undergoing a change of admins!

I'll go ahead and tell you a bit about myself, I've been a Magic player for a while now, and have played in all types of formats across a wide variety of tournament types. I've even played in GPs as well as SCG Opens. After I got over the whole standard scene, I've been more into the casual side of magic, and I mainly play draft and sealed now. I also have a pretty sweet planeswalker collection I'll probably post sometime on here :3
Anyways, enough about me! Let's talk business here!
I was thinking of ways to spice things up around here! I know another group has been doing tournaments (not as much recently as before) so I thought it might be a cool idea for us to try. I wanted to get some stats from you guys, see what types of formats you like to play and what not. The way we would do this is over Cockatrice, it's a program that can run games of magic over an online server. (It's pretty darn cool if you haven't tried it out) I'm currently thinking of the best way to have prize support for this (other than buying packs out of pocket and sending them to the winner.) so bare with me until then.
So, let me know what you guys think of the idea, also, what formats you like to play!

Aaaaand well, I heard about cockatrice but felt lazy to find all the needed files to install it. I using Magic Workstation to play online... but it felt quite "meh" to be honest hah.
Anyway... what do you think about making a list with the "decks" that furries have done? Sites like www.deckstats.com, www.tappedout.net and www.deckbox.org offer these services and we could do something fun with that! Like checking the strengths and weaknesses of each of them!
If you want it I can also set a forum for the community in my own server (in case it's needed)

My commander is G/W Auras with Krond the Dawn-Clad. If I can get him out (his GGGWWW cost can hurt sometimes), I am usually pretty set. I don't have Cockatrice on this computer (though I've used it before), but I will for sure download it for the occasion.

I'm from South Africa so meeting up for tournies is not possible for me from here.
But I was wondering, can you open a journal where Duels of the Planeswalker players can meet up?
And That's definitely possible! I'll go ahead and make that journal right away!
