How's it going people? Turns out living closer to school has little impact on your free time when the coursework becomes exponentially more difficult each semester. That said I also got a 'real' job as a Diff eq/Calc tutor, but as you might imagine the job is long stretches of boredom followed by gut-wrenching stress as 20 people show up the day before their test and expect to absorb 3 weeks of knowledge in two hours.
