I suggest FanArt, I find when i cant draw or no ideas just drawing my favorite toon or game characters keeps my skills busy but lets my creativity rest some while drawing it.
It doesn't even need to be perfect or anything just to keep those hands moving keeping skills sharp.

and if really stuck, take a break and play a game or watch a movie. Sometimes just time and rest help, our muses get pooped too

Yeah, I think with the last fanart I did, the one with all my favorites, that's what exhausted me!

Well, all I can offer in terms of tips is that your art is awesome and if confidence is worth anything at all, I know that you have talent. Your muse will return.

Ah, Carioca! I've negelected drawing him too long!

Well, when I get into an art block, I usually listen to uplifting or classical music to inspire me.
I also see if I can draw something random, sometimes silly lil pics, to get my gears rolling again. <:3
Or fan art. ;3

I've been doing my best on that front, still nada. =/
