Fall etc and a Q for anyone who reads this in Ontario

Well, it's fall again, and it's been a really great fall. I got to do some things I'd been waiting to do for MONTHS (see some great stuff, and great people) and now that I've got it all out of my system (mostly) I am settling in for winter.
With that being said, I am looking at my art usb stick that I've had neglected all summer. I have a folder just FULL of wip art, and if I don't want to finish it I might put them all together in the scraps.
I'd like to ease back into commissions again, so if you are interested in that again I might take a few here and there (see my user page for the link).
I have almost all of the details worked out for a storyline that I might use for NaNoWriMo, I'm thinking about this again. If I decide to do it, I will probably not be doing any art until December. It's a mad rush trying to write something to completion in 30 days.
and now, because I work in retail I am forced to OBSESS with christmas again, since I am already swimming in it. Christmas has been unescapable for me for years. Last year I found myself hating it, but this year I want to enjoy it. I am hoping to throw my first Yule Bash at my house, or at least do something quite festive with my closest friends/family.
Life was going to change for me recently, but I ended up not needing to move. I guess we're rooted for the winter, unless something else comes along. Does anyone live in Ontario? Can you recommend your city/town? What's it like? If I end up moving this is where I am probably going. I'm watching for job opportunities there. The alternative? Probably move back to Dartmouth or Halifax. I guess.

I haven't been to any meets yet, but I plan to eventually! I haven't met any of the NSfurs that I know of yet.
