Yeaaah it really sucks when someone exploits loopholes to that extent that it causes annoyance (though a meme popping around wouldn't bother me in the slightest) but I feel like it's equally sucky when you have to actually draw something for mods to leave it alone. Regardless of the effort going into the creation or not. I can see the rule having an affect when someone's posting random screenies or stuff like that, but not in this case.

I'd love to be unwatched, too. The joke/intent left a number on me. I know what it's for, but in this day and age it's hard to tell what's a scare tactic versus a form of activism or just pure lulz.

I'm starting to feel like I want to retract my apologies on this journal; it's still pretty dumb to emulate what NSA can probably do on people. I'll join the fight on NSA like everyone else and raise awareness by making a story in my webcomic, or they can give me two tickets to a protest, or watch a public speaker rally, or I can put banners on my FB or my website. Stamping their opinions on my page feels like my arm is being wrangled forcibly; it doesn't make me want to help them with their cause or plight, it makes me want them to solve it on their own. There's better ways IMO to get someone to go "hey this is happening help us."
