Not so Joyous fourth.

Being taught to avoid talking about Politics and Religion has led to a lack of understanding of Politics and Religion. What we should have been taught was how to have a civil conversation about a difficult topic.
While everyone else is celebrating the fourth of July, I am not. just having moved, I am still getting my new room arranged, and I have to work tonight, which may mean traffic congestion on the way to work. moreover, it also means the sounds of the exploding fireworks while I am trying to rest for the shift tonight. *sigh*, Happy 4th every one else. Anyone from England reading this, will you have us back?
