My wife goes in for surgery tomorrow. The severity actually straddles the line between life and death and cosmetic. It's completely medically necessary, yet not immediately life threatening.

She has a tumor in her lower jaw that requires the removal of a significant portion of said jaw. So while I'm usually so common a sight here on FA, I may be slightly less so </sarcasm> in the coming weeks or months.

However, I will be offering my thanks to those who care to proffer their aid to  Wyla through a "Gofundme" thing. See Wyla's account for details. She and I will be going over the details over the next twelve hours or so.

The long and the short of it is I will offer my services as a chain mailler making custom jewelry for those who request it, and I may put up a slot for a written piece, though the details for that are still cloudy in my mind. I'm not fond of writing for other people and I haven't written at all recently owing to life, the universe, and everything, so this may just be a flash in the pan, all sound and fury signifying nothing.
