FA backend blocked in Russia

Ok, so now the FA image hosting backend server (d.facdn.net) is blocked in Russia by a decision of Russian internet censorship agency dated 11/06, effective 11/12.
Can be checked at eais.rkn.gov.ru/en/
Likely reason is images considered child porn.
The same page also has instuctions for hosting providers to unblock. Gonna prod the admins.
More permanent solution will require blocking direct (without logging in) access either to the backend as a whole or any mature/adult images.

А я то думал, что у друга то была за проблема сегодня, я то не понимаю, живу в Прибалтике...
Я имею в виду -- обойти эту хрень я прекрасно знаю как. Просто это -- не выход.
Такого рода фигню в любом случае нужно лечить не систематически, а в корне.
... То есть, примерно настолько же, как и при использовании сторонних программ для обмена сообщениями для ICQ/GTalk/т.д., например.

The standard procedure of RosKomNadzor is to notify the host to take down the offending pages, then, if that didn't happen, block the domain or IP.
I suspect they could have taken a shortcut here, or you don't have valid contact info specified for the d.facdn.net domain (can't check right now, I am on my phone in subway).
To remove the block, you are supposed to contact them and get the offending page URLs, take them down, report and request the block removed.
I suspect you might need to update domain info or otherwise prove domain ownership, but I can't check the details right now. I will be home in about an hour, if you will need any assistance (I suspect there might possibly be some info in Russian only, also, I have a better knowledge of the process).
I will note you my GTalk/hangouts (available now) and skype (will be on it when I get home).
I see that neither Dragoneer nor Fender touched the notes I sent them with detailed info back on 13th.

We've been notified that Russia is partially blocking one of FA's content server (d.facdn.net) which is preventing a good number of users from viewing images on the site. We're looking into getting the site unblocked and restoring access for the Russian furry community. In the mean time, we suggest using a VPN or proxy service to access the site if you are able.
... And blocking access from known Tor nodes, HMA nodes, etc :)
Да и потом... Проблема на самом деле не в Российских законах. Архив.орг у нас тоже был заблочен, и после официального снятия блокировки, провайдеры всё равно некоторое время заглушку показывали, но с ним у меня меньше недели ушло, чтоб её сняли.
Проблема в том, что здесь админы ограничились заявлением, "Но... Мы же не разрешаем детское порно..." И даже не почесались убрать эти картинки -- можешь проверить, и они, и юзера, которые их залили, всё ещё тут.
