Read It.
Was shit....Will Eisner, the poor man, is rolling around in his bottomless coffin grave.I'm actually glad that it tanked at the box office. They are also coming out with another video game movie where everything is all dark colors and no real loyalty to the original material. It's going to tank, too, Unfortunately. Oh, uh, dragonball is coming out as a movie...they got agirl who you wouldn't even imagine as playing Bulma playing Bulma...go figure. Aaaaaannnddd...Goku is white.....very white.....which is needless to say, a big fricken' surprise. O_o
Oh...G.I. Joe is coming out soon....and yeah, everybody , not just old Snake eyes is going to be wearing black. Thank you over-paid, overestimated Hollywood.
At least The Watchmen won't be that big of a let-down. Hell, they even placed the setting of the story in 1985. Just like the story. i was impressed, seeing how they've gotta find a shit-load of eighties era cars and memorabilia, now. Ozzymandias and Night Owl are my only real gripes so far as costume changes go. I'm not even going to bat an eye at what's wrong with The comedian, because if Eddy Blake really was the kind of guy he was, then you bet your ass he wouldn't be going around with an S&M mask over his head.
Night owl needs round goggles, not squarsies. And...well, damn, Mr. Veidt (Ozymandias) already looked gay enough in the original costume. Now they've overkilled it and made it look like the Robin costume that was worn in Batman and Robin, and Batman Forever. I mean, Damn, I know that the fags pretty much run Hollywood, but somebody needs a good pimp-slapping upside their heads somewhere. Thank goodness they didn't find some way to fuck with Rorschach.
But I digress.
Hollywood, take the glamor glasses off your eyes and go to the optometrist, really.
