Prereleases are one of my favorite formats! I like having everyone on an even playing field without spending $150 some on a deck.

Ugin is amaazzinngg and I want one so bad. My control side loves the first two abilities, but my Johnny side wants to build a creature heavy ramp deck for that ult. Oh the decisions

Jeskai is getting some dirty cards, and Abzan has some solid cards too. This is the first set that has just seemed just...fun in a long time.

I feel like Abzan has been the power house deck that everyone plays, and Jeskai is that annoyance that comes around every once in a while and kicks everyone's butt when they don't expect it. I like both but man are they mean.

Oh, agreed. Frankly, Abzan is my clan of choice, so I'm a bit biased.

Next weekend I'm planning on attending a prelease of the set, I'm hoping too pull either Ugin, The Spirit Dragon or Monastery Mentor for my cube

Monastery Mentor just spit in Young Pyromancer's face. I'm still not sure how much impact the color change from red to white will have, but 2 to 3 mana is a little rough for Legacy, and not too bad in Modern.

Sultai is the best clan (the other clans can take offense)! I'm slightly disappointed Tasigur isn't a Naga but he's still pretty cool and I want one. Wealth is power!

There are some fun stuffs among the dragons V Khans theme that I like, and I wanna try and see if I can expand my Khans Shard deck idea, especially now that dragons have support to make a Khans Jund deck maybe =B

The Abzan Figure of Destiny is pretty cool, but UGIN. Who doesn't love dragons? Especially dragons in every color! With those allied colored dragons and hybrid mana, shards is looking pretty good. Can't wait to see a decklist!

My favorite is pauper! I love all the new lands that have been coming out, is making possible for me to put together a rainbow pauper. I'll go up against any deck, and if I'm beat it's no big deal, but if I win, if feels pretty rad-hilarious
