I wrote this yesterday on Facebook for a certain person so that they could feel better about themselves. Maybe it will help a few of you as well.
Perfect beauty
What is perfect beauty, and who are we as humans to judge who or what is perfect, or beautiful . We all have opinions and all have different points of veiw and although it doesn't necessarily make us right or wrong we should not try and push our opinions onto someone else saying that our point of veiw is better because it is right only because we believe it is. We all see the world differently and all see different things as perfect or beautiful.
Don't ever let what someone else's opinion about what they see as beautiful or perfect affect who you are or bother you.
They might make fun of you or call you names because you are different from them or because they themselves struggle to reach their own thought of perfection and the only way they can cope is by making someone else feel bad about who they are.
Just know that no matter what they say, words are only words and nothing more. Don't let them win by taking your self worth away, because all they want to do is bring you down to their level. They will never be happy because they will always chase after what they see as perfect, then once they see someone else they see as more beautiful the cycle will continue and their path of self destruction will never end.
You are beautiful in the place that matters the most and that's in your heart. That is what makes you, who you are, that is what makes you perfect. Don't let their limited point of veiw on life as a whole affect the way you see yourself and the way you love yourself. The only opinions that really matter are your own. The people that love you and are around you love you for who you are, don't let anyone else change that.
Outer beauty is only skin deep and with time it will fade, but inner beauty and inner peace stays with you forever. Don't get mad or sad about someone else's personal opinion about you, because as long as you are happy with you then you will always be happy, while they will always struggle to find that inner peace and that inner beauty they try to take from you.
So what is perfect beauty? Perfect beauty is self value, it is the way you see yourself and others, the way you live your life accepting others for who they are, not what they are. Everyone is perfect in their own way so never let them push their thoughts on what they see as perfect on you
