OMG This is driving me crazy

Back in mid to late spring of 2013 I commissioned somebody who had just gotten a vinyl cutting thingy to make Lost and I stickers showing headshots of our characters, to be picked up at AC. I cannot for the life of me figure out who the hell it was.

Anyone recognize who mighta done this? It runs in my mind it was someone who lived in Ohio, or who had a table with someone that lived in ohio at AC but I cannot bloody remember. And I know I sat in the damn stream while they drew it, but I've checked the few I can think of that run in my mind as being likely and they don't have anything about it in old scrap or journals. I can't believe I never bothered to write that down.
It's bugging the hell out of me, any help is appreciated.
Anyways I'm just asking cause Lost decided to put his on his new DS and I was like "I should put mine on something finally and then post pics and credit the artist" and then I was like "the artist... who is..." :/
So yeah. um... anybody?
