Keepers of Antiquity
A branch of keepers that find ancient artifacts and antiques and keep them safe.
Job: To look for and find old tapestries, pots, or any other artifact from lost civilizations and times. They also collect items becoming antiques to preserve them for any future study. Their job is too keep these items preserved, intact, and safe.
Traits
Whiskers:
Antiquities have the whiskers and similar features of the eastern dragon. The whiskers are small and thin and protrude from small gems located on their cheekbones, forehead, and lower back. Although the ones on their heads are small the ones on their lower back are tipped with small feather like appendages. These serve as a way to gently unearth, clean, and handle the items before placing them in a bubble. When not in use they retreat back up into the gem and only the feathers stick out.
Bubble:
Antiquities have a special bubble they can create. It is un-popable and when the item is encased in the bubble it becomes smaller for easy travel. Only a member of this branch can remove the item from the bubble.
Wings:
Their wings are made from the paper that lorekeeper tails are made from. Each set of wings is held onto the back by a “tack” that is part of the keepers body. They have a “paperweight” to keep the tail end from curling up. It is usually a sentimental trinket to the keeper.
Rarities
There is no change in rarities among the antiquities, but its more like a “who has the most things” game. The better you are at collecting the more you are respected. Sometimes they will be seen with longer whiskers or different styles of cut out wings, but does not denote rarity.
