Dude this is England- we don't have much in the way of air con or commonly keeps fans. Especially since nearly all year around our weather is meh.

at least table fans; doubles for cooling an overheating computer

I have like two but all the air goes to my laptop- not me. XD

It doesn't stand up like that. They are more like stands for y'know- laptops to sit on. XD
