Need to know if it is more than an adequate replacement for Paint Tool Sai, or even Photoshop. I recently got a graphic's tablet for a birthday gift and I want to use it, but don't have the budget to buy Sai.
Any and all opinions and input is appreciated.

Not used it, try MY Paint and open canvas, both of which I found more than adequate until I upgraded.
