So I'm looking through my notifications and this journal catches my eye: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6939709/
Now, she has a very valid point. Patreon wasn't made to be a "pay to view" site. It was made to help fund artists and creative people and help them do what they love while surviving on the money they get through it and their job.
